Probleme mit COMList V 2.4.27

Nach erfolgreicher Installation und Konfiguration mit ComSet, habe ich mit Comlist 2.4.27 ein Problem (JRE ist installiert), wenn ich das Programm starte
kommt immer folgende Fehlermeldung:

“Meldung: Die Zuordnung Gebühren/Einheit ist fehlerhaft”

  • “Error: Chain of 2 or more Exception occurred”

Zwischenzeitlich kommt dann dann Abfrage der Schnittstelle (Runterladen der Gesprächsdaten beim Start des Programmes bereits aktiviert) und es folgt dann der Download der Daten ohne jegliche Fehlermeldung.

Wenn ich alle Meldung bestätigt habe, steht im Programmfenster nur die Zeile
"Column 0". Ich hatte bevor ich den Rechner neu aufsetzen musste bereits alles laufen.

Daten: Win XP Pro aktueller Patchstand AMD ATHLON 1,2GHZ
Ereignisanzeige Anwendung/Sicherheit/System zeigt keine Informationen zu diesem Thema an.

Auch das komplette deinstallieren der Auerswaldprodukte - Neustart - Neuinstalltion der Programme brachte keine Änderung bei Comlist.

Gibt es eine Lösung?

Wohin hast du die JRE installiert?Hast du die JRE von Auerswald genommen und vor allem die aktuelle?

Du mußt grundsätzlich erst die AW-JAVA installieren und unbedingt in das vorgegebene Verzeichnis!Dann erst die AW-Software installieren.

Ich habe es mit der 1.3.? von der Megadisk probiert und mit der aktuellen
1.4.2 von Auerswald, beide im Programm-Verzeichnis C:\Programme\Auerswald\JRE… COMSet funktioniert ja auch, bloss COMList macht Ärger. Inzwischen konnte ich mir auch die “aktuelle” ComList Version 2.4.33, wg. Ausfall der Auerwald-Seite, erst jetzt installieren. Aber auch da ist das gleiche Problem…

Ansonsten werde, ich die Tage den Rechner neu installieren, oder gibt es eine andere Lösung???

Hallo Woody,

gehe doch einfach mal in das Verzeichnis C:/Programme/Auerswald/TkListDaten. Benenne das Verzeichnis um und starte COMlist neu…

many thanks, das war es aber irgend etwas muss bei den Installationen(!) immer schief gelaufen sein, das Verzeichnis (Auerswald) hatte ich bereits jedesmal mitgelöscht…
Naja nun funktioniert es…
